Why is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required when you place the order. This serves two important purposes: it secures the ingredients and supplies needed for your order and reserves the time in our schedule to complete it. Remaining balance is due no more than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time. If the balance is not paid in full, no treats.

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable. This is because your order reserves a specific time slot that cannot be filled by another client if you cancel. Additionally, supplies and ingredients are purchased in advance specifically for your order.

Why can’t I order directly from the website?

These are custom orders and require additional information. This typically takes around 15 min. I want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. I will reach out for a consultation with your preferred method of contact; text, call, email. Please specify your preferred method when you reach out.

How do I determine how much to order?

I recommend 2-4 items per person. Things to consider:

  • Are you serving other desserts like a cake? Order on the conservative side.

  • Who are you serving?

    • Teens and young adults? Order on the higher side.

    • Do you want to send treats home with your guests? Order on the higher side. Example: I made 5 treats per person for my teen’s birthday. They ate at least 3-4 treats each during the party. I had them take home the remaining treats as the “treat” bag.

    • Baby and bridal showers? Typically on the conservative side.

Do you deliver?

While we do not offer delivery at this time, we are happy to provide a range of pick up times to accommodate your schedule.
