Policies

Orders must be placed a minimum of one week in advance.

• I will reach out for a consultation with your preferred method of contact; text, call, email.

• Orders placed with less than one week notice require full payment.

• Once order is placed you will receive a payment link.

A 50% deposit is required when you place the order. **Refer to our FAQ page for more information.**

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pick up.

• No payment=No treats.

We are located in Montgomery, IL. Address will be sent the day before scheduled pick up.

Once items are handed over, we are not responsible for damage or loss.

Treats are safe at room temperature but will melt in heat. Please consider this when planning your display or storage.
